Giorgio Armani ‘ My Way ‘ Eu De Perfume is a

I just received My Gorgio Armani ‘ MyWay’
Perfume and I really love the floral / fruity scent . It stays on for hours and has a nice summer fresh scent Hope to enjoy it for months to come . Bought the 3 oz , so should last. Will be purchasing the refills Extremely happy .

HORRIBLE RUN>....

Order date: Jan 18, 2022 I am so frustrated with the customer service of such high end brand and shocked by the way they treat their customers. A part of me wishes I got my items from Bloomingdale or Saks.

I have been to make Giorgio Armani stores abroad and never ever experienced a poor service as I did. I ordered a perfume that costs $200 for delivery. I received the item after 2 days and using express delivery I received the item, but it smelt different (decayed old perfume smell). Upon reaching out to them they confirmed due to covid policy they do not do an exchange (spoke to Justin via Chat) but will send me a new bottle instead and we agreed that it will take 5-7 days. I waited for over 14days and logged in to their chat customer service and they spoke to me in the most demeaning ways and made to feel like I stole the product rather than actually made a purchase. The lady emphasis nothing will be sent to me and I am better off sending the item back and getting a refund.

I continued to explain to her so if I didnt reach out there was no way to get this information from you despite speaking to two different agents who told me to wait for 5-7days for new bottle to be delivered. I then asked her for her name and she complete refused to give me other than her first name which was Terri. Then I felt so cheated and hurt by the very business I was loyal to for years, I called them to understand why they are being rude, I called over 10times and each time the phone is disconnected or the person pretends to not hear me, I finally manage to get hold of someone (rachinder, I think that is her name) and she apologised and she said there is nothing she could do other than send me a return label and refund me for my item. I hung up and to this day I am waiting for the return label! Maybe its a scam website,, maybe Armani need to assess the service they provide for their customers and maybe fire few people. I give up on calling and emailing them/chat.

Before considering buying from them directly please find someone else or a department store that takes care of you as a customer of a high end brand. Just run to the other side of where they can be found.

Worst Customer Service Ever, buy a lesson
Buying from Armani Beauty Official website is the worst experience I had. I purchased 11 lipsticks from their website for holiday gifts. I got only 10 from two separate packages, but was charged price for 11. I called the customers service and here are the replies that I got:
1) I was told to that such problem can't be solved by phone, and I have to send email with Pictures of all lipsticks I received, and the packing list indicating which one is/are missing -- I did
2) I sent two emails explaining everything and got no response at all.
3) I called the customer service again, and I was asked: whether I sent to the correct email -- I said yes; I got their auto-reply before which is the same email address they asked me to send, so I just reply to it; then I was asked: did you receive any auto-reply of receiving your email; I said I never got any reply. Then I was told that: the email didn't go through if I never got any auto-reply from them; since I reply the previous email, I didn't change the "title" of the email; they deal with tons of email everyday so email without clear title may not be processed.

I DON'T THINK THEY EVER WANT TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AT ALL. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME AND WILL BE THE LAST TIME I PURCHASED FROM THEM EVER AND I WILL NEVER SAY A GOOD WORD ABOUT THEM. I BUY A LESSON THIS TIME. I AM SO REGRET THAT I DID NOT READ CUSTOMER REVIEW BEFORE I MADE PURCHASE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THE REMAINING LISPTICKS WILL BE, I EVEN DON'T DARE TO USE THEM AS GIFTS AT ALL. PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BUY FROM THEM, HOPE YOU READ MY REVIEW HERE WHICH CAN HELP YOU AVOID SO MANY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE.

I would like to give "Unlimited Negative" if there is a option

You’re SOL if there’s a problem

During the recent 50% off sale, I ordered a few items I wouldn’t have been able to afford otherwise. However, when the order arrived, half of the items (worth over 60% of the order cost) were missing from the box. The sale had ended by this time, and the missing items were out of stock.

This shouldn’t have been impossible to solve: ship comparable items as a replacement for the missing items, provide a 50% discount code for a future order, or refund the entire order to come a little closer to the current cost of comparable items. None of these are possible with support. The only possible solution was to refund the discounted items, leaving me with a refund that doesn’t even cover the cost of one of the items missing from the box.

Lesson learned: Don’t purchase directly from Armani Beauty. What should be the best source of support is the worst option instead.

idiot customer service.I told them to cancel my order 1 hour after i have placed my order.They said it was in process and cant cancel.Before placing an order, there was a shipping discount in order review.After placing, they charged me $7 for shipping.She even told me that there is a policy for cancellation within 30mins.Whenever, they talked, they liked talking about company policy.I told them to show me the prove in the policy but they could not prove.They just talking only words.They like talking “ it is a policy.It is included in policy.You can see in company policy” Holyshit policy.Just show me that policy about you are talking.Dont say without proof.

😡😡I feel terribly!!!

😡😡I feel terribly!!!! disappointed in this specific situation, giorgioarmanibeauty has discriminated against me for not speaking English and the customer service representatives have reviled me. They no longer want to answer me after several calls that have not solved my problem of my order that was unfairly canceled without reason or reason. my order was simply canceled a second time. and they no longer want to help me, they just used me and ignore me……….. This is the second time that my order is canceled and the staff is not friendly at all, one of them is called Diana, she gives a terrific service. She refused to check my order when I provided the information.

In the end, I tried to talk to other representatives of the brand and they refused to speak to a supervisor. the one I needed because my order was canceled a second time. no reason for my order information

I do not know whether to trust to buy in the future. I also do not recommend my friends to eat here. It could be a headache. I hope they don't all have that terrible experience that I had….. I am wanting to file a complaint with the BBB. business and file a lawsuit for discrimination that this is what I feel .... Asia my staff of this company. that they closed the doors to me to buy their products ... without me any harm. I just wanted to like any client. that each dua comora. What a shame that being a big comoania has such an undeserved staff of its salary.

I can prove few more orders nombers. that has been
canceled because they just do discrimination on me. I am feeling very bad

The worst online buying experience I…

The worst online buying experience I have ever had. Bought something, found it cheaper in Macy's. Tried to cancel my order next morning. The order was still in the store and not shipped and the money was not withdrawn. They refused to cancel the order and I was told that I will have to recieve it then return it. Although the website mention one of the reasons to shop and buy from it was the easy return, I had to go through 5 phone calls, ship it back (with me paying the shipping cost) and they would not allow returning it in person to an Armani store, Ulta, Sephora, or any other store that sells their product. Please save yourself the agony of going through what I had to go through and do not ever buy from their website. Probably you can also find the item cheaper somewhere else and they won't torture you in case you want to return it

I'm a 73 year old woman on a fixed…

I'm a 73 year old woman on a fixed income. I saved for several months to afford this bottle of Si intense perfume. I paid $136 with a total of $148.44 after taxes. I was told there would 100% refund if not totally satisfied. The bottle I received didn't last on the skin or my clothes. I had to beg for a return label from this company because none of the shipping companies in my area would ship back without a label from Armani Beauty. I finally received an online label from the company. I shipped it back 8 days ago. I have called Armani customer service 13 times and keep getting the run around from them about my refund. I can't afford to lose $148.44. I have purchased several Armani items in stores over my lifetime and never had these problems. I will not stop trying to get my refund. This company is not BBB Accredited. I wish I had RESEARCH them before ordering. I assumed they were legit because it was Armani. Buyer beware of this company. They have there perfume back now and my money. All I'm asking for is my refund.

I wanted to gift myself a perfume from Armani, which I bought solely off the great reviews it has. I patiently waited and to my dissapointment the smell was tooo strong for me and exasperated my migraine headache. I tried re wearing it again as some reviews said it takes a while to get used to but still same issue, it just was not for me. I contacted customer support for help in returning it, they wouldn't accept so I asked for a refund or a partial refund and they refused even in store credit. And mind you they took so long to reply and didn't reply to my emails that I had to resubmit another ticket. It's as if they were ignoring, horrible customer service. Really didn't want to write this review but now I just got a bottle of perfume just there for decoration. I'm extremely dissapointed, if you ever want to order don't expect much because you won't get any help from customer service. I hoped that I'd come to a solution as I'm eyeing the stuff I got as sample with my box but nope, now nevering order again unless they fix my issue. I'm literally so upset, was not expected from a high quality company like Armani's:(.

Horrible

Horrible , Absolutely horrible experience
I purchased a fathers day set for my husband for fathers day and it has been almost one month and a half ago and i had to chat with customer services twice for it to be shipped out "supposedly" because of inventory issues BOTH times, after couple of days of no status changing on tracking label i was told it got lost and finally i gave up and requesting a refund - im dissappointed because i was excited for the product but its the absolute worst service i have received placing an order online
